2. Client-Side Software License & Nature of Service

RANA provides free, client-side developer utilities designed to parse, format, validate, and convert data entirely within your web browser’s sandbox runtime.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to utilize the web applications for personal, commercial, and educational development workflows.

3. Acceptable Use Standard

While all utility calculations operate client-side without data retention, you agree not to use our infrastructure or published assets to:

• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against our CDN or edge servers.
• Scrape or programmatically mirror the entire catalog via automated bots without authorization.
• Circumvent or tamper with rate-limiting, security headers, or content delivery networks.
• Reverse-engineer minified proprietary algorithms or misrepresent the source origin of RANA utilities.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is” Basis)

All utilities, formatters, cryptography tools, calculators, and generators are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no warranty that results, mathematical calculations, format conversions, or code validations are 100% error-free or suitable for critical life-safety, mission-critical financial, or cryptographic production deployments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RANA, its maintainers, and Rana Bepari shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, these browser utilities—including but not limited to loss of data, faulty code compilations, syntax inaccuracies, or unexpected application downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

The branding, logo, user interface designs, custom styling tokens, documentation, and original source architecture powering this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rana Bepari and RanexLabs. Third-party trademarks, specifications (e.g., JSON, RFCs, JWT, Nginx, Apache), and library licenses cited across tools belong to their respective standard bodies and copyright holders.
